Town Administrator's Office
The Town Administrator oversees all operations in Town, and oversees programs to implement the Board of Trustees' direction. The Town Administrator works closely with local businesses and residents, as well as with officials from the State of Colorado, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Town Clerk's Office
The town clerk is the Town's election official, custodian of town records, and secretary to the Board of Trustees. The town clerk also coordinates and prepares Board of Trustees Meeting agendas and packets, and keeps minutes at every Board Meeting.
