The Town of Lyons officially distributes solicitation documents through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS).

Copies of bidding documents obtained from any source other than the Town of Lyons or RMEPS are not considered authorized copies. Only vendors who obtain bidding documents from either the Town or RMEPS are guaranteed to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. 

The Town of Lyons reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to accept that bid which is considered to be in the best interest of the Town.
