Parks
The Town of Lyons maintains six parks: LaVern M. Johnson Park, Bohn Park, Sandstone Park, Lyons Valley River Park, Steamboat Park, and the Dog Park.
Camping:
LaVern M Johnson Park has RV and tent camping.
- Tent camping is available beginning in mid-April and goes through mid-October and reservations are available on-line.
- RV/camper camping is available year round.

St Vrain Trailhead at 2nd Ave
New for 2024 is overflow dry camping at the 2nd Ave Trailhead near Bohn Park. This is overflow only for campervans and camper trucks with slide-ins ONLY, until mid-September. It is managed by our Bohn Park Camp Hosts and requires a reservation. Version OptionsParks & FacilitiesHeadline

Shelter and Pavilion Rentals:
Both LaVern M Johnson and Bohn Park have shelters/pavilions for rent for larger groups on a reservation basis.
