    2. Short Term Rentals must be renewed annually in the Town of Lyons. The annual renewal license is $50 and is payable online, via xpressbillpay.com or at Town Hall.
      Please fill out and submit the following  Renewal STR License Application.  Short-term Rental Licenses are valid for a calendar year (January through December).

      I certify that the information provided in Acknowledgements and Certifications for my previous year’s STR License remains accurate and truthful under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Colorado.
      I understand that the Lyons Municipal Code details a lodging occupation tax on any  short-term rental or similar lodging for a period of less than thirty(30) days within the Town limits of 5% per day per defined bedroom in the short term rental.
      I understand that every person who furnishes short term lodging is subject to collecting and remitting the lodging occupation tax monthly.
