October Meetings Summary

The Board of Trustees (BOT) held two regularly scheduled meetings on Monday, October 7, 2024 and Monday, October 21, 2024.  View this link which hosts the full summary and recap of the October BOT meetings and workshops.

All of the recent BOT Meeting Recaps from the past year are posted on the Town's website.

Additionally, housing affordability has been identified as a priority of the Board of Trustees. Housing affordability refers to housing options for people earning less than 80% of the area median income (AMI) in Boulder County. The current AMI is approximately $100k/year for one person.  Attainable housing is for those making 80-120% of the AMI. Please spend 5 minutes to give the BOT your opinion on housing in Lyons.         www.townoflyons.com/housingsurvey

All BOT meetings and Board and Commission Meetings are open to the public. The next regularly scheduled BOT meeting is on Monday, November 4, 2024. The meeting begins at 7 pm. Residents may join in person at the Town Hall Board Room. Each agenda is posted in the agenda center, at least 24 hours in advance. Interested residents are invited to watch previous meetings via the Town's YouTube Channel. There was an issue with the live stream of the Oct 21, 2024 meeting, staff is working to upload the recording of that meeting.
