Riverbend PUD Public Hearing

The Riverbend PUD Public Hearing originally planned for the PCDC to hear this evening will likely be continued tonight in order to meet public notice posting requirements. - It was brought to our attention that there is a conflict in our code related to noticing of public hearings for zoning. This conflict relates to whether a notice must be published in a physical newspaper and dates back to 2016.
- While we begin the process of updating this code, we will be taking inventory of other related code to ensure any additional conflicts are identified and resolved.
- We want to assure the public that all input submitted related to the Riverbend rezoning will be included in all packets for the PCDC and the BoT; there is no need to resubmit.
- We will know the new dates for the meetings and public hearings within the next few days, and we will communicate them as soon as we do.
