Board of Trustees Information Session

Regarding the Boulder County IGA
Tuesday, March 5, 2024 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Lyons Board of Trustees will hold an information session with the public regarding the Boulder County Comprehensive Land Use Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA). The information session will be held at 6:30 pm., Tuesday March 5, 2024, at the Lyons Community Library, 451 4^th Avenue.

During the Board of Trustees (BOT) regularly scheduled meeting, on Monday, March 4, 2024, the BOT directed staff to share the Boulder County Comprehensive Land Use Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) draft documents for discussion with the residents of Lyons ahead of the information session being held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday March 5, 2024, at the Lyons Community Library, 451 4^th Avenue.

The three documents are:

• A Draft of the Lyons Planning Area IGA Map
• A Draft of the Consistency Review and Analysis of the Lyons Thrive Comprehensive Plan and the Proposed Lyons/Boulder County IGA
• A Draft of the Lyons Planning Area Comprehensive Development Plan Intergovernmental Agreement
  
  The Board of Trustees plans to host another information session regarding the Boulder County Comprehensive Land Use Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) again next week. Details will be included in an e-newsletter update once finalized.
