Board of Trustees December RecapDecember 4 and 18 Meetings Summary
The Board of Trustees(BOT) held two regularly scheduled meetings on December 4 and 18. Both meetings also included multiple workshops to discuss priorities and give staff direction. View this link which includes a full summary and recap of both meetings and workshops. All BOT meetings and Board and Commission Meetings are open to the public. There is a zoom option for each meeting or residents may join in person at the Town Hall Board Room. Each agenda is posted in the agenda center, at least 24 hours in advance. The BOT will hold its next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, January 2 at 7 pm, due to the New Year's Holiday.
With 2024 just around the corner, the Town invites interested residents to join a board or commission or run for public office. Joining a board or commission is a great way to become involved and help shape the decisions made in your community. To apply for an Advisory Board or Commission position, please complete the Online Application. Your application will be sent to the mayor, who will follow up with you directly. Currently there is a vacancy on each of these commissions; the Parks and Recreation Commission, Historic Preservation Commission, Housing and Human Services and the Board of Adjustments.
