Highlights for the week ahead:
Monday, April 3, 2023 6 pm Board of Trustees Workshop
There will be a workshop for the BOT to discuss the Riverbend Water Taps. Both hybrid and in person options– Lyons Town Hall Board Room or via zoom. See the full agenda for the packet and discussion items as well as the zoom link, which is at the top of the agenda.
Monday, April 3, 2023 7 pm Board of Trustees (BOT) Meeting
The regularly scheduled BOT meeting will begin at 7 pm, directly following the workshop. This meeting includes two public hearings, one regarding the second reading to allow for up to 25Kw solar installations. The full agenda is posted on the Town's website. Both hybrid and in person options– Lyons Town Hall Board Room or via zoom. The zoom link is at the top of the agenda.
Please note that the Board of Trustees meet on the first and third Monday of each month, at 7 pm.
Wednesday, April 5, 2023 4:30 pm Utilities and Engineering Board (UEB)
The UEB meets on the first Wednesday of each month. They have both hybrid and in person options– Lyons Town Hall Board Room or via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting.
All Board and Commission meetings are public meetings and the public is welcome.
Saturday, April 22, 2023 9 am Board of Trustees Meet and Greet
On Saturday, April 22 there will be a Meet and Greet with several members of the current BOT. The Meet and Greet will be held at the Town's Public Works Facility and the public is welcome to chat with your BOT as well as tour the facility. The Meet and Greet and Open House will be from 9 am - 11 am. In addition, the Town will be hosting a limb drop off event in the front of the Public Works Facility, on the undeveloped land. More info will be coming via email.
